Lately I've become aware of a whole new world of "healthy." Most recently I have done lots of studying on the "raw culture" and superfoods. I personally have enjoyed learning that I can actually heal myself through these deliciously raw foods. I want to share with you the amazing things I've learned, while showing you that anyone can eat raw! Raw, live foods, and superfoods have wonderful health benefits and healing properties. Raw Food Night
Salad: Classic side salad of romaine, cucumber, tomato dressed with a creamy ranch and smokey “bac-un” bits.
Soup: Spring Soup, a fresh herb Pistou with an array of green herbs.
Small Plate: Crispy onion rings and spicy ketchup.
Entree: Lettuce wrapped Veggie Burger with tomato, onion, avocado, ketchup and dijon aioli with a side of creamy poppy seed coleslaw.
Dessert: Strawberry Shortcake
